The “Bodyworks Gym” is an excellent facility which benefits from a large selection of Life Fitness equipment.

It boasts an impressive range of state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines, fixed weight resistance machines and free weights. including a dual action pulley machine (DAP) and a bespoke area which houses our free weight equipment. All the equipment is supplied and maintained by Life Fitness, ensuring that there are little, if any, machines out of order.

With a fast track induction process, there really is no better place to continue your personal fitness needs or indeed start on your road to a fitter and healthier lifestyle.

We also hold a Teen gym session for 12year olds to 15 year olds, on a Friday from 12:30 to 13:30 hrs.
