We can offer a membership suspension period of up to 3 months for customers who are:
- Suffering from a medical conditions which prohibits exercise activity.
- Going to out of the country for a minimum period of 2 months
During the agreed suspension period, we will not collect payments from your bank account and your account will be suspended. This means you will be unable to access any of the facilities under the membership agreement, however you can access the facilities on a pay and play basis.
Following the agreed suspension period, payments will restart automatically unless we here from you otherwise. Should you wish to restart your membership earlier that the agreed suspension period, you can do so by contacting us.
All membership suspensions requests and amendments are required to be submitted in writing, and will be confirmed back to you in writing. Please contact us on email@example.com
